 Collection Fee Policy
Effective July 2025

 In order to sustain and expand our floral collection and repurposing program, we’ve implemented a collection fee that varies by event size and pickup location. This fee helps offset program costs and directly supports the ongoing work of Grateful Vase. 

Please use the following tiered fee structure as a reference when filling out the submission form to help us best prepare for your pickup.
 

All floral & balloon donations remain 100% tax-deductible; however, the collection fee is not.
 

Out-of-Radius Fee Structure:

-Balloon-Only: $150

-Small Floral Event: $300
(up to 25 arrangements, 1 SUV needed)

-Medium Floral Event: $500
(26–50 arrangements, 1 MD uhaul/box van needed)

-Large Floral Event: $700
(50+ arrangements with floral installations, 1 L/XL uhaul needed)
